Is the inspection really free?
Yes. Every job starts with a free in-person inspection and estimate, whether it's water, fire, mold, a roof or a remodel. Pricing comes from seeing the damage, so we don't quote prices over the phone.
What should I do while I wait for you?
If it's safe, shut off the water at the main valve, turn off power to wet rooms at the breaker, move valuables and electronics out of the water, and take photos. If there's fire, smoke, a gas smell or a sagging ceiling, get out and call 911 first.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We meet your adjuster on site, provide photos and a written scope, and handle the paperwork side with you. Alex is a former insurance adjuster. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer, so we don't give coverage advice.
Do you handle the rebuild too?
Yes. The same company handles mitigation, drying, mold remediation, roofing and reconstruction, with in-house plumbers and handymen on call. You don't have to find a second contractor once the drying is done.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Alongside homes, we take on commercial water, fire and roofing work, including schools and government buildings. Book online and choose Commercial as the property type, or call and say it's a commercial property.
